Treatment Information
Treatment sessions are approximately 20–30 minutes and may include manual or non-manual techniques to reduce joint restrictions, improve range of motion, decrease pain, and help prevent arthritic changes in the joints.
Patients may receive:
- Manual or Non manual instrument-assisted adjustments
- Trigger point and osteopathic soft-tissue therapy
- Sub-occipital release for headaches and sleep disruption
- Physical therapy modalities and muscle stimulation
- Kinesiology-based strengthening and corrective exercises
- Specific vestibular exercises for dizziness or balance disorders
Our goal is to provide fast relief while improving long-term function and stability.

- Balance and gait disorders
- Chronic pain that does not resolve
Why You May Be Feeling These Symptoms
When joints, muscles, or the vestibular system are not functioning properly, the brain receives incorrect feedback. This can cause:
- Vertigo or spinning sensation
- Dizziness
- Blurred or double vision
- Nausea
- Brain fog or fatigue
- Difficulty sleeping
- Neck pain, headaches, or migraines
- Pain that never fully goes away
Correcting the source improves the brain-body connection, restoring control, stability, and pain-free movement.
What Your Treatment May Include
Manual & Non-Manual Adjustments
Reduce joint restriction, improve range of motion, and decrease pain.
Trigger Point Therapy / Osteopathic Soft Tissue Release
Immediate relief of tight muscles, spasms, and sub-occipital tension causing headaches, eye strain, and poor sleep.
Arthro-Stimulation & Activator
Gentle, instrument-based adjustments ideal for seniors, sensitive patients, and those preferring non-manual techniques.
Cold Laser Therapy
Decreases inflammation, nerve irritation, and speeds healing.
Postural & Ergonomic Correction
Improves alignment, reduces pain, prevents recurrence, and speeds return to work or school.
Strengthening & Kinesiology Exercises
Stabilize joints, prevent re-injury, and support long-term results.
Vestibular Rehabilitation
For dizziness, cervicogenic vertigo, BPPV, motion sensitivity, balance issues, and post-concussion syndrome.
First Appointment – What to Expect
Your first visit is approximately 1 hour and includes:
- Review of health history & intake form
- Discussion of symptoms and goals
- Posture, neurological, and orthopedic testing
- Vestibular screening (if appropriate)
- Diagnosis and individualized treatment plan
- First treatment is usually given the same visit unless medical referral is required
This is a private, one-on-one evaluation designed to help you understand your condition and recover safely.
How Vestibular Rehabilitation Helps
The vestibular system controls balance, eye movement, posture, muscle tone, and spatial awareness. When it is not working properly, the brain receives mismatched signals, causing dizziness and other symptoms.
Using sensory, motor, and receptor-based rehabilitation, we retrain pathways that have become altered. Treatment is never one-size-fits-all — your program is based entirely on your examination findings. The longer the brain adapts to negative changes, the longer rehabilitation can take, which is why early treatment is important.
