Dr Sandra Cramer BSc MSc DC DO(mp) CCSP DACNB
Dr. Cramer began her interest in neuroscience while studying biopsychology. Biopsychology is the study of brain and behaviour and this is where she earned a four year Bachelor of Science. This is a science degree that looks at the specific areas of the brain involved in different behaviours and personality, along with applications of neuropsychological testing. She then continued onto a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology.
Her interest in bridging together physiology, biomechanics, and neuroscience she continued her education and completed another 4 years graduating from Life University as a Doctor of Chiropractic. While studying Functional Neurology and an interest in sports she became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. She is trained in application of kinesiotaping for biomechanical and sport injuries
Dr Sandra Cramer was volunteer Chiropractor to the athletes in the Carib games 2010.
Dr Cramer’s main passion is clinical neurology. She has undergone 10 years of extensive training in post graduate clinical neurology and is a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (DACNB). Her concentration has been in Vestibular Rehabilitation, Traumatic Brain Injury Rehab and neurodevelopmental disorders, and has studied under both Dr. Carrick and Dr. Mellilo; owners of Brain Balance and Carrick Brain Centers in the U.S. She has ten years of postgraduate studies in vestibular rehab and over a decade in vestibular clinical applications. She had the first Vestibular Rehab clinic in Ontario. She has a deep passion in learning and helping and continues to attend a seminar in the U.S. once a month to keep current on research and clinical applications.
All the applications used for treatment are evidence based, using an in-depth knowledge and study of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, neuroscience, biomechanics, biopsychology past and current research. All treatment applications are supported with research and are available upon request.

Dr Bobsy Cramer who was born in St Kitts has been practicing chiropractic, physiotherapy and sports rehab for decades. You can come in and see his most famous patient on the wall, Kim Collins; a highly decorated former world Olympic athlete sprinter and world champion in the 100 meters.
Dr Norman who is a native Kittitian continues his post graduate studies; in between working out, attending seminars, learning and reading about new treatment and spending time with his wife in Canada.
