Treatment session are approximately 20- 30 minutes and may include manual, non manual treatment to reduce restrictions allowing for improved ROM, and to reduce pain and to prevent arthritic buildup in the bones and joints. Osteopathic trigger point therapy especially for subocciptal pain causing tension headaches which in turn causes eye strain and brain fatigue and prevents a good night sleep. Physical therapy modalities and stimulation, along with kinesiology based exercises to improve and maintain your treatments. If you have any vestibular based symptoms you will be given very specific exercises also to assist in your recovery. 

Payment is due after each treatment and you will be given a report/receipt with a Health Care Provider number for insurance.
