Dr Sandra Cramer BSc MSc DC DO(mp) CCSP DACNB
Dr. Cramer is a fifth-generation Kittitian, returning home to provide safe, licensed, and evidence-based rehabilitation services to the island. Her connection to medicine in St. Kitts runs deep. He earned his medical degree in Ireland, was stationed in St. Kitts through the British Overseas Service, fell in love with the island — and a Kittitian, Aurelia Cramer Trestrail, who became his wife. He later purchased the first ambulance in St. Kitts, which originally carried the family name.
